We understand that growth isn't linear. For our Extended 90-Minute Block, the total hours can be dynamically adjusted as your coaching progresses. For example, your leader may utilise deep 90-minute EMDR protocols in the beginning to clear major blocks, and then seamlessly transition their remaining time into standard 60-minute integration and strategy sessions as they wrap up their journey.
